Job Description
SupportProvide ongoing technical support to the user base. Provide technical support regarding the functionality of the tools. Provide continuous improvement using the tool and how it could better suit the business needs.Ensure the use of the helpdesk from the client and admin side to develop a useful knowledge-base based on resolutions.Execute customer specific training.Development Support the development, implementation, and execution of SPF/SPO/SDX.Create, modify, and implement SQL queries and statements for database maintenance, reporting and deliverable enhancements. Execute configuration according to requirements.Prepare tool specific workflows and develop project and tool specific work instructions to be consumed by the user base
